Dave - I agree - do you mind if I call you Trigger.? Fortunately KTM will soon be asking me to help develop the 2018 bike as BEtA have been battering them lately....so I have been modifying my RFS engined 400 EXC 2002 bike.

Anyone know how to stop emulsion flaking off of plastic panels?

Engine casings seem to have the most trouble keeping the emulsion on. Perhaps tarting up the bikes look is better done by not throwing a bucket of white emulsion on it? What do you think?

Beemers all good P.

Coat the engine in honey and throw dust all over it. It'll last longer than the whitewash your using.

WR seem to be a little less delicate than the mighty KTM's. HM & Cackle lost there virginity on the WR450F.
