Ok I’m desperate I need a new front wheel for the beloved KTM exc 200, anyone know where I can find one before I go and get a new one 🫣

Sam - where have you been? Are you desperate? I reckon Tim or Snaf will have a solution. I believe KTM front wheels are all the same after 2002/2004 they had a smaller diameter wheel spindle before that...

I've not got any good spares, plenty of poor ones whats wrong with yours. I might be able to make a good one out of two poor ones.

I've got a spare front wheel that came with the CRF (it's a KTM wheel).  I don't know it's history apart from it's sat in my garage for 18 months. 

Your's if you want it, FOC.

Fit the bearing with locktite 641 (green) you can also use a centre punch to peen the mating surface to achieve a mechanical interference fit if it's really sloppy but locktite 641 will take up a push fit gap no problem.
